Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Reel ("the App"), developed by 24bit Studio ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Reel is an audio recording application for iOS that allows users to record, play back, and export high-resolution audio files. The App provides recording at up to 24-bit/96kHz resolution, multi-track recording, and audio file management.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your iOS devices for personal purposes, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Your Content

All audio recordings you create using Reel are your property. We do not claim any ownership rights over your recordings. You are solely responsible for the content you record, including compliance with applicable laws regarding recording consent in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to record conversations without the consent of all parties where required by law
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by 24bit Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The name "Reel" and associated logos are trademarks of 24bit Studio.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 24BIT STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR LOSS OF RECORDINGS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKING UP YOUR RECORDINGS.

Apple Disclaimer

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and 24bit Studio only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Recordings stored locally on your device remain yours.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
